As a former District Manager, Brand Manager, and Director and even in my current role at corporate I have reviewed and interviewed hundreds and hundreds of people. The only people I interviewed were the ones who were sent to me by an internal person. Not from a Monster or The Ladders posting or one of the many online career websites.

2. RESUMES– Make it a goal to send out 3-5 resumes per week. This may not sound like a lot but in 1 month you will have sent out 12-20 resumes and you are bound to get 1-2 calls from that effort at the very minimum.
